Great stuff, Zim!

To the note of Pans. Omid has this book at his place, perfect book for you! I'm meeting him tomorrow evening, will ask him if we could borrow it cause I also need it for our new kitchen :).

On the topics of pans: I recommend buy-once-for-ever carbon steel pan (debuyer) and then also a cheaper teflon pan (they get broken with time in any case). If you cook a lot, another good option is one stainless steel pan. None of them should go to a dishwasher. Likewise with knives.

Thanks for the tips, Igor. I'm still in the process of figuring out what type of pans match my cooking needs. For instance, Stainless Steel pans are the safest, but they tend to be sticky, making them not-so-great for some dishes. Cheap Teflon pans aren't that safe either, so I'm trying to avoid them. I don't have much experience with carbon steel pans yet!
