1. Dancing for a Cause: One Billion Rising Against Violence Against Women
The "One Billion Rising" movement brings together men and women through dance to end violence against women. One in three women will experience physical or sexual violence in their lifetime, a total of one billion women. The movement was started in 2012 by feminist Eve Ensler and is observed globally on February 14th each year. On this day, people are encouraged to dance and demand an end to violence against women and girls. 2. 73rd Berlinale: Discovering New Film Talents
The 73rd edition of the International Film Festival Berlin, also known as the Berlinale, will take place from February 16th to February 26th, 2023. The Berlinale is one of the largest film festivals in the world and is held annually in February in Berlin. This festival is a platform for filmmakers of all genres, showcasing the works of international stars and undiscovered new talents. The festival will feature approximately 400 films, including feature films, documentaries, and artistic experiments. So come and join the Berlinale and be a part of the film festival experience. 3. One Shot Award: Celebrating Aspiring Photographers
Visit BBA Gallery in Berlin for the One Shot Award Exhibition, featuring the works of 60 carefully selected photographers. 10 works will be physically displayed and 50 will be showcased on a large digital display. The One Shot Award recognizes aspiring photographers who have the capability to communicate a unique vision, regardless of prior photography experience. Emphasis is placed on storytelling, visual concepts, creative ideas, abstraction, and artistic sensibilities, rather than technical expertise. 4. Saturday Night Truth or Dare: A Comical Showdown
Every Saturday night, the Agata Bar transforms into a stage for the funniest truth or dare game in town.
