1. Support Local Music Night: A Cinema Edition at IL KINO

IL KINO will host Support Local Music Night on February 28, 2023. The event will showcase original songs and music videos from 15 Berlin musicians on the cinema screen. The event aims to connect the local community with their culture and spark offline conversations about what is being created and who the community is. Unlike YouTube, cinema provides a physical space where people can come together to appreciate local talent. 2. Magenta Haze: Exploring Group Dynamics and Communal Ecstasy through Playful Choreography

In Magenta Haze, Milla Koistinen's latest production, performers play with large, colorful objects, creating a choreography that explores the balance between distance and proximity, solidarity and alienation, fragility and strength, and the individual and the group. Created by visual artist Sandra E. Blatterer, the objects take on different forms and meanings, and the performers explore their materiality, haptics, and sonic qualities. "Magenta Haze" is part of the "Radialsystem Tanzfabrik" initiative, which aims to improve presentation conditions for dance. The production premiered at Dance House Helsinki on October 27, 2022, and explores group dynamics, communal ecstasy, and collective joy by inviting the audience to move around the space and observe the choreography.
