1. Berlin lacht!
The international street theater festival Berlin lacht! (Berlin laughs!) brings talented artists from various countries to Berlin. The festival revives the atmosphere of the 1920s, breaking conventions and surprising audiences with live theater performances in everyday settings. Held at Potsdamer Platz, the program features young circus performers, ground and aerial acrobats, and a celebration of variety and circus traditions. More info.

2. British Shorts Summer Edition
The British Shorts Festival offers a chance to watch and discuss various short films, providing a unique experience. This year's Summer Edition features a diverse selection of highlights, including dramas, comedies, documentaries, animations, horror, science fiction, and music videos. Screenings will take place in open-air cinemas at Atelier Gardens, Volkspark Friedrichshain, and Sputnik am SΓΌdstern. More info.
β I went to British Shorts last year with some community members, and it was great. You can watch different movies and discuss them afterwards if you go as a group. Each movie leaves a lasting impression!

3. SANCTUM OF SOUND - Live Music
I've promoted events for Mahalla before. If you haven't been, the venue is a unique turbine hall in a power plant that hosts great events. This time, they're bringing 12 hours of sacred live music with artists. It's a great way to spend your Sunday. More info.

Restaurant Review:
simsim levantine eatery- Middle Eastern (β4/5)
This restaurant offers Middle Eastern dishes in a pleasant atmosphere. If the weather is nice, the street-side patio is especially charming. While I find it overpriced, it's in the Kollwitzplatz neighborhood, where higher prices are the norm for all the restaurants! The food quality is good, but it doesn't quite justify the price.
