In the last edition, I conducted a poll among my single subscribers, asking if they'd be open to exploring the analog world instead of relying solely on apps and the digital realm to connect with someone special. The response to the survey has been quite encouraging. As a result, I've created a directory of singles in Berlin who share the belief that there's a better way to find that special person than attending speed dating events or relying on dating apps with swiping and texting.
Once the directory has a sufficient number of entries, my plan is to organize events that offer a relaxed atmosphere, steering clear of awkward speed dating or typical club nights. These events will provide an opportunity for individuals to have fun, get to know each other, and foster genuine connections.

1. Alice Springs Retrospective: Honoring June Newton's 100th Birthday

2. THF Tower: A Unique Exhibition & Terrace Experience
The THF Tower at the former Tempelhof Airport opens its doors, welcoming Berliners and city guests to explore its exhibition area and wood-panelled roof terrace. At the opening, visitors will be treated to the picture exhibition "Horizons: Tempelhof Airport 1990-2022," capturing the airport's transformation over the years. In addition to the opening exhibition, the THF Tower will host curated exhibitions on a rotating basis. The expansive roof terrace offers plenty of seating areas for relaxation, with breathtaking panoramic views of Tempelhofer Feld and the surrounding urban landscape. More info.

3. Jewish History: An Interactive Exhibition

4. Berlin Beats: Hamburger Bahnhof's Open-Air Concert Series
Although previously mentioned in our past editions, we couldn't resist listing it again due to its incredible appeal. The Hamburger Bahnhof proudly presents "Berlin Beats," an enticing summer concert series set in the museum's charming garden. The concert series showcases an array of Berlin artists, each contributing to the diverse soundscape. This Thursday's performance is by Ariel William Orah (soydivision) aka ravenative, a skilled performer and sound artist.
