Jun 16-22: Fête de la Musique, Cannabis Trade Fair, Food Festival, and more!
Things to do in Berlin - Week of June 16!
My brother and a friend recently started a music collective called Ohne Anmeldung Kollektiv (OAK), and they’re throwing a private party for their friends at a secret location in F-HAIN. I asked if they would be open to reserving a few spots for Berlin Events Weekly subscribers, and they agreed. Here is the link.
Oh, and before I forget... it’s a Miami-themed party. Think flamingos 🦩, palm trees 🌴, and late-night heat 🔥.

Restaurant Suggestion:
Hasir Kreuzberg - Turkish Restaurant (⭐4/5)
This Turkish restaurant has a low rating on Google Maps, but we had a good experience. We ordered their most popular dish, Iskender kebab (around €20), which includes thinly sliced grilled meat, a tomato-based sauce, chunks of bread underneath, and thick yogurt. I can’t speak for the other dishes, but the Iskender kebab was solid. The atmosphere is a bit chaotic and loud, though it didn’t bother us. Our waiter was friendly, and when we mentioned that our bread was cold, he took it back and warmed it up without fuss (I've had waiters give attitude over less). If you're in the neighborhood, give this place a try, then head to Sönmez Baklava for dessert. They serve good sweets at fair prices.
