1. SOMMERLIGHTS 2024: FLOW Art Installation
Light artist Christopher Bauder's latest installation, FLOW, illuminates the Berlin night this summer, accompanied by a multi-channel soundtrack composed by Dutch musician Chris Kuijten. This large-scale piece is displayed in the outdoor area of DARK MATTER, visible daily from sunset, as part of SOMMERLIGHTS 2024. The exhibition also features concerts by renowned DJs in the exhibition area. A separate ticket is required for the concerts. More info.

2. UEFA EURO 2024 - Opening Match
During the European Championships, the Kulturbrauerei becomes a unique football stadium setting. The opening match between Germany and Scotland will be shown on Friday on a large LED screen in the courtyard. There will be food and drinks. More info.

3. Andy Warhol - Explicit - Guided Tour
The exhibition on Queerness, Desire, and Intimacy explores Andy Warhol's pursuit of ideal beauty through his artwork. It highlights themes of sensuality, sensitivity, and sexuality in Warhol's pieces and features notable figures from the Factory, such as Mick Jagger, Wilhelmina Ross, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and Jed Johnson. You can gain deeper insights during a guided tour that encourages discussion. Please be aware that this exhibition features very explicit nudity, sexual content, and diverse representations of gender and the body. More info.

4. LE TEMPLE x VESELKA - Party
Ukrainian queer party crew VESELKA links up with Geneva's Le Temple for a juicy program of techno, trance, baile funk and ballroom at OXI. The "FUSION" concept we would love to introduce, brings together the beats of techno music and more dancefloor vibes fused with afro, baile, and ballroom beats. A unique combination of atmospheres where attendees can experience the energy of techno curated by Veselka and also indulge in the rhythm selections by our local and international guests from Switzerland. As Pride Month approaches, we are excited to support the Ukrainian queer community with this special event. More info.

Indisches Restaurant Taj - Charlottenburg

At Taj Indian in Charlottenburg you can enjoy the best of Northern and Southern Indian cuisine. Aside from the food, the service was great too. The staff was friendly and was able to recommend us some dishes based on our preferences. Plus, most of the dishes are freshly cooked from scratch. It might take a bit longer than normal, but it totally worth it. They have an outdoor area as well, perfect for summer days
⭐ Highlights: The Samosas were very nicely fried, crispy and with a tasty and aromatic filling. The Mixed pakoras allows you to get a small tasting of paneer (cheese), chicken and veggie fritters. The Tandoori chicken was well seasoned, tender and juicy, with a smoky flavor from the charcoal grill. Amritsari Chole (chickpea curry) a great vegetarian dish. Watch the full review.
