I like how polite and unbiased you remain when rating a restaurant. Rudeness from staff gets an immediate 1 star from me, I don't go to eat out because I don't know how to cook, I go for the experience which they ruin with the rudeness.
I agree with you. Rudeness leaves a bad impression. I think more people need to let management know about it as it's the only way to improve.
