Oct 27-Nov 02: Jazzfest, Festival of Future Nows, Berlin Science Week, and more!
Things to do in Berlin - Week of Oct 27!
I went to Amsterdam with my partner last week. It took us eleven hours with Deutsche Bahn, including a bus at one point. Despite the long trip, we met friends from Berlin who recently moved there and spent an evening together. How great is it to keep relationships across borders, knowing someone somewhere and making new memories. That’s what I call the Pleasure of Life.

Restaurant Suggestion:
Berlin Events Weekly - Restaurant Suggestions
I have lived here for a while and try to eat out once or twice a week. That has given me a chance to try different cuisines and restaurant types for different occasions, from quick bites to anniversaries and birthdays. You will find many lists out there, so I put together my own with places worth visiting at least once. Not every spot is amazing, and you may disagree with some picks, but it should help you find a restaurant in your neighborhood. Not all areas are covered since I have not explored every corner of Berlin. Each recommendation includes a short personal note and a photo of the dishes tried. Save the link or send it to your friends, or if you hate it, send it to your enemies. The list.
