Things to do in Berlin - Week of Aug 26, 2024!
I realized the other day that I don’t know much about the demographics of the readers. In other words, who are you? I understand that you are more than just your gender and age, but knowing this is a good starting point. I appreciate you taking a minute to answer the polls, as it will help me better understand who I’m creating this newsletter for.
I plan to ask more questions in the upcoming weeks.

Pop-Kultur, previously known as Berlin Music Week, is a three-day festival taking place at Berlin's Kulturbrauerei. Now in its tenth edition under Musicboard Berlin, the event has become a staple in the city's cultural calendar. The festival serves as a platform for musicians, artists, and entrepreneurs to engage in discussions and share ideas about current trends, influences, and challenges in pop music. In 2024, the lineup features international artists including Yemi Alade, Black Sherif, Lady Donli, Blinky Bill, Katja Lucker, and others, offering a diverse representation of voices and perspectives in the pop music scene. Restaurant Review:
Sabor Latino - Peruvian restaurant (⭐4/5)
Peruvian cuisine is known for its rich diversity and distinctive flavors, drawing on a blend of Indigenous, Spanish, African, Chinese, Japanese, and Italian influences. Sabor Latino offers a taste of this unique culinary tradition, serving a range of Peruvian dishes, from ceviche to meat options. The restaurant also features sidewalk seating, perfect for enjoying a meal in pleasant weather. While it's not the cheapest option, the prices are reasonable for the quality and experience.
